Job Description

Role- Mid Level/Senior Technical Recruiter

Experience- Min. 2-5 Years

Location- Raheja Mindspace, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana

Working Time- 9:30 PM-6:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically working with direct clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent while building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. You will lead recruitment efforts for critical roles, mentor junior recruiters, and ensure a seamless, efficient, and positive candidate experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to negotiating offers and closing requisitions for technical positions
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years working with direct clients in an agency or corporate setting

  • Strong understanding of various technical roles, programming languages, and emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, DevOps, software engineering).
  • Proficiency in using

    applicant tracking systems (ATS)

    sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc

  • Ability to

    manage multiple priorities and projects

    in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Also, Can be an

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    direct clients

    to understand their hiring needs and provide

    expert consultation

    on market trends, candidate availability, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, direct outreach, and networking to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to define job requirements, develop role profiles, and ensure alignment in recruitment strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics

    to ensure hiring goals are met and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reporting to management on recruitment activity, challenges, and successes.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations of the United States of America.
