Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting (US IT staffing).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate engagement.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
