Job Description

US Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for US-based clients, from requirement gathering.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various IT positions using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles within specified timelines.
Negotiate compensation rates with candidates and close offers effectively.
Maintain candidate and requisition activity in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Ensure compliance with all US employment laws and client requirements.
Provide regular updates to management and clients regarding recruiting progress.
Develop relationships with consultants for recurring and future business opportunities.

Required Skills:

4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C), Visa classifications (H1B, GC, TN, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.), and compliance
Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
Familiarity with various IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience using ATS
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willingness to work in US shift hours (Night Shift IST)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
