Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience Required: 3+ YearsLocation: 100ft road Madhapur,HyderabadShift timing: 7pm-4amJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring candidates across CPT, OPT, GC, USC, H4-EAD, and H1B transfer categories. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and the capability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Must have Experience working for W2Analyze job requirements and understand client needs for technical and non-technical positions.Source and identify suitable candidates through various job portals such as Dice, Indeed, and LinkedIn.Screen resumes, evaluate candidate skills, and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.Negotiate salaries/rates and manage offer discussions with candidates.Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates for multiple job openings.Manage candidates across multiple work authorization types (CPT, OPT, GC, USC, H4-EAD, H1B Transfers).Maintain accurate documentation of recruiting activities in ATS.Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet hiring goals on time.
