About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for IT, Core Engineering, or Cyber Security roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and technical skill sets.
  
• Source, identify, and screen potential candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, job portals, referrals and technical communities.
  
• Manage recruitment for roles such as:
  

• IT & Cyber Security:

  SOC Analysts, Pen Testers, Security Engineers, Network & Cloud Security, GRC, SIEM, etc.

• Core Engineering:

  Mechanical, Civil, Electrical roles Design Engineer, Project Engineer, Field Engineer.

• Embedded/ Electronics Engineering:

  VLSI, Firmware Development, SoC Architecture, ASIC/FPGA Design, Semiconductor Process Engineers.
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls to evaluate candidate knowledge, communication, and experience.
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and interview coordination.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding.
  
• Maintain ATS records, recruitment trackers, and ensure compliance with company hiring processes.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience in IT, Engineering, or Cyber Security domains.
Basic understanding of domain-specific concepts:

• Engineering:

  AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, Revit; Design vs Project vs Field roles.

• Electronics/Embedded:

  VLSI, Firmware, Chip Design, SoC, Embedded Systems, Semiconductor lifecycle.

• Cyber Security:

  SOC, Pen Testing, Security Architecture, Networking, Cloud Security, GRC & SIEM basics. 1. Familiarity with industry certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISM, CompTIA Security+, etc.) for cybersecurity roles. 2. Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and talent sourcing tools. 3. Excellent communication skills, candidate engagement, and negotiation abilities.

  What Youll Be Doing

  Partnering with business, engineering & product teams to understand hiring needs.Sourcing and screening candidates for roles in:• VLSI, Firmware, Embedded Systems, SoC Architecture• Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering profiles (Design, Project & Field Engineers)• InfoSec/CyberSec roles – SOC, Pen Testing, GRC, SIEM, Security ArchitectureConducting preliminary technical discussions and evaluating candidate fit.Managing the complete recruitment cycle – sourcing to onboarding.Maintaining ATS, pipeline and recruitment metrics.

  What We’re Looking For

  6 months – 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT/Engineering/InfoSec and CyberSec).Basic understanding of:Electronics & Embedded Engineering – VLSI, SoC, ASIC/FPGA, Chip Design, Semiconductor Process.Core Engineering Disciplines – AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, Revit.Cyber Security Fundamentals – SOC, Pen Testing, Networking, Cloud Security, SIEM, GRC.Knowledge of certifications like CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, etc. (for Cyber roles).Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, ATS tools, GitHub, engineering forums, etc.
