  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments, utilizing technical understanding to evaluate IT role fitment and potential
  • Orchestrate seamless interview processes, facilitating effective communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through expert stakeholder management, ensuring hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize sourcing channels and enhance candidate quality
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive relationship building and
    industry engagement
  • Lead initiatives to enhance Techolution's employer brand, showcasing our innovative culture to attract
    passive candidates
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide strategic insights to continually improve hiring processes and outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement retention strategies, ensuring long-term success of new hires

Advanced Sourcing Skills:

  • Mastery of Boolean search techniques and proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top talent efficiently
  • Candidate Screening & Assessment:

    Keen ability to evaluate technical and cultural fit, ensuring only the most qualified candidates progress through the hiring process
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Proven track record of managing expectations and fostering positive relationships with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional teams

    accurate assessment of candidate qualifications for various IT positions
