Oversee end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with clients and internal account managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements. Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and referrals. Screen candidates for technical fit, visa status, availability, rate/salary expectations, and communication skills. Handle negotiations (W2, C2C, 1099) and close candidates within defined SLAs. Track and report recruitment metrics: submission count, interviews, offers, and closures. Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and documentation. Stay updated with current market trends, technologies, and visa regulations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.). Act as a bridge between recruiters, account managers, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment. At least 2 years in a leadership or senior role , handling a team of 3+ recruiters. Strong working knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT). Hands-on experience with major job boards and ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize based on client urgency and role criticality. High closure ratio and proven record of performance.
