Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US clients, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, submission, and follow-up. Source candidates using various platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases. Conduct thorough technical screenings to evaluate candidates technical and communication skills. Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and terms of employment with candidates. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and client expectations. Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring policies, immigration regulations, and employment laws. Track and maintain pipeline metrics and submit daily/weekly activity reports. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2), work authorizations (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.). Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job boards.
