Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and ensure full compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future openings. Develop relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience and increase retention. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare recruitment . Familiarity with US healthcare terminology, roles, and compliance (HIPAA, JCAHO, etc.) . Proven experience using ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva) and job portals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiating capabilities. Ability to work independently in a US night shift environment.
