Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift EST/PST) Experience: Minimum 2 years in US Healthcare Recruitment About the Role: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in recruiting healthcare professionals across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.) for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions. Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates in a timely manner. Utilize job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster), social media, internal databases, and ATS tools to source candidates. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability. Negotiate pay rates, availability, and placement logistics with candidates. Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and ensure full compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future openings. Develop relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience and increase retention. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare recruitment . Familiarity with US healthcare terminology, roles, and compliance (HIPAA, JCAHO, etc.) . Proven experience using ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva) and job portals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiating capabilities. Ability to work independently in a US night shift environment.
