Job Summary: The Business Development & Delivery Manager is a dynamic, dual-focused role responsible for both driving the growth of our staffing business and ensuring the successful delivery of staffing solutions to clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to acquire new clients and expand our footprint across various sectors. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of staffing services, ensuring alignment with client expectations and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong focus on client relationships, operational excellence, and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition: Develop and execute business development strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients within non-IT sectors. Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in prospective and existing client organizations. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and potential competitive threats. Lead client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to successfully win new business and expand existing accounts. Client Relationship & Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of staffing services, ensuring high-quality talent is provided to meet client needs in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to understand client requirements, source qualified candidates, and deliver exceptional staffing solutions. Ensure that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded, and resolve any service delivery issues promptly. Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and economic shifts to adjust business development strategies accordingly. Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to maintain knowledge of industry trends and market conditions. Contracts & Negotiations: Lead and manage contract negotiations with both clients and staffing vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions while mitigating risks and maximizing profitability. Reporting & Performance Metrics: Prepare regular business development reports and performance metrics to present to senior leadership, highlighting progress against sales goals, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction. Track and report on the performance of staffing placements to ensure success rates and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 5~8 years of experience in business development, client management, or staffing, with at least 2 years of experience in managing the delivery of staffing solutions. Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and growing revenue within the staffing industry, preferably in non-IT sectors. Strong experience in managing client relationships and overseeing staffing delivery in a high-demand, fast-paced environment. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on team collaboration and client-centric solutions. In-depth understanding of staffing processes, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce management. Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate market trends, client needs, and staffing performance. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with non-IT sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and logistics. Established relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers in target industries. Familiarity with staffing software or applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience in managing a team of recruiters or delivery specialists.
