About The Opportunity

A leader operating in the Global IT & Staffing Services sector, focused on sourcing technical talent for US technology teams across software, cloud, DevOps, QA, and product functions. We deliver remote-first recruitment solutions that scale engineering and product organisations by combining modern sourcing, data-driven pipeline management, and client-centric delivery.We are hiring a remote-based US IT Recruiter in India to own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for US-facing technical roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to attract, screen, and close top-tier engineering talent across North America time zones.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for US IT roles—build pipelines, run technical screens, coordinate interviews, and close offers with clear SLAs.
  • Execute advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, X-ray, referrals) using LinkedIn Recruiter and niche technical channels to surface passive candidates.
  • Manage candidate experience and employer brand communications across stages; provide timely feedback and negotiation support to ensure strong acceptance rates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring strategies, and prioritised pipelines; track progress using ATS and weekly hiring metrics.
  • Qualify candidates on technical skills (software engineering, DevOps, cloud, QA) and fit for US client requirements—conduct phone/video technical screens and document results.
  • Maintain compliance and data hygiene for US-based hiring (W2/1099/contractor), and support offer structuring and onboarding coordination across time zones.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have:
    • 2+ years of hands-on US IT/Technical recruiting from India or remote locations.
    • Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing to fill mid-to-senior engineering roles.
    • Expertise with ATS (Greenhouse/SmartRecruiters/Workday/Lever) and metrics-driven hiring (time-to-fill, pipeline velocity).
    • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and excellent written & verbal English; willing to work EST/CST overlap hours.
  • Preferred:
    • Background recruiting for SaaS, cloud, or product engineering teams; familiarity with technical screening (coding, system design basics).
    • Experience hiring contractors and supporting US payroll/visa/compliance nuances.
