Primary title: US Technical Recruiter

About The Opportunity

A talent acquisition role in the global IT staffing and workforce solutions sector, focused on delivering high-quality engineering and technology hires to US-based product and services teams. This fully remote position (India-based) partners with hiring managers across US time zones to close technical roles quickly while delivering an excellent candidate experience.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle technical recruiting for US roles: source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and drive candidates through to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referral networks to support multiple concurrent requisitions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define role requirements, create compelling job specs, and advise on market compensation and interview strategy.
  • Manage candidate communication and scheduling across EST/PST windows; ensure timely feedback and excellent candidate experience for remote interviews.
  • Use ATS (Greenhouse/Lever/Workday) to track workflow, maintain accurate records, and produce recruitment metrics and weekly hiring dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement: refine sourcing playbooks, reduce time-to-fill, improve offer-acceptance rates, and mentor junior recruiters when required.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1+ years of hands-on US technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency) with demonstrable placements across software engineering, SRE, data, or infra roles.
  • Proficient with Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards; proven ability to generate passive pipelines for niche technical skills.
  • Experience using ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and driving recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline velocity, offer acceptance).

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise engineering teams and familiarity with US interview/compensation norms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs across distributed teams and time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant recruiting certification (e.g., AIRS); excellent written and verbal communication in English.
