Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing, preferably with prior experience working on Accenture client requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, excellent client handling skills, and a deep understanding of IT technologies and US hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
Work extensively on Accenture client requirements, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs, compliance, and quality standards.
Partner with Account Managers and Accenture stakeholders to understand technical requirements, timelines, and delivery expectations.
Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, work authorization, and cultural alignment.
Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models with strong understanding of US tax terms and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, TN, EAD).
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations and closures.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and high-demand technologies.
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting as per Accenture and client standards.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality benchmarks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5–8 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
Prior experience working with Accenture or Accenture-supported accounts is mandatory.
Strong understanding of IT skill sets such as Cloud, Data, AI/ML, ERP, SAP, Java, .NET, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and QA.
Excellent knowledge of US recruitment processes, employment types, and visa statuses.
Experience working with VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) is a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments with tight deadlines.
Proficiency with ATS tools and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Tier-1 IT staffing firms.
Strong exposure to Accenture delivery models and compliance standards.
Ability to mentor junior recruiters.
Willingness to work in US time zones.
