Dhasha Consulting Services is hiring US IT Recruiters for our US staffing team in Hyderabad. This role is open to freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are interested in building a career in US IT recruitment. The recruiter will be trained to handle sourcing, screening, and coordination activities while working closely with senior recruiters, account managers, and US clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end US IT recruitment activities
• Source candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions
• Understand job requirements and match candidate skill sets
• Support recruitment for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time roles
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate data, submissions, and recruitment trackers
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and account managers
• Learn and follow US staffing processes, compliance, and documentation

Skills & Eligibility:

• Freshers or 03 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn US IT recruitment
• Knowledge of IT skills and technologies (training provided)
• Awareness of W2, C2C, and 1099 terms is a plus (not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of US time zones (EST, CST, PST) preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in night shift (US EST timings)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, target-driven environment

• Salary: 3 – 6 LPA (25,000 – 50,000 per month)
