Were Hiring US IT Recruiters ,Bench Sales Recruiters (Onsite – Madhapur, Hyderabad) Positions: US IT Recruiters – Freshers & Experienced (3–5 Years) Bench Sales Recruiters – Freshers & Experienced (3–5 Years) Shift: 9 AM TO 6PM EST 1 US IT Recruiters Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placing candidates. Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements. Source candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, database, and networking. Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to adapt to US staffing tools and processes. Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills. 2 Bench Sales Recruiters Responsibilities: Proven success in marketing OPT and H1B Transfer profiles . Market H1B, H4EAD, OPT, CPT, H1B Transfer, GC, and USC consultants to clients and vendors. Develop strong vendor networks and maintain consultant pipelines. Negotiate rates and close opportunities. Track submissions, interviews, and placements on a daily basis. Established vendor/client relationships. Excellent communication skills .
