Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with 10+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including hands-on exposure to Accenture client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US staffing, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality IT talent across multiple skill sets under tight SLAs.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for Accenture client requirements, including W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models

Work directly with Accenture hiring managers, MSPs, and VMS platforms to understand role expectations and delivery timelines

Source, screen, and submit candidates for roles across Technology, Digital, Cloud, Data, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure domains

Strong experience with Accenture compliance, background checks, and onboarding processes

Maintain high submittal-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios

Coordinate with account managers, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure timely closures

Ensure adherence to US labor laws, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, TN, EAD, CPT, OPT), and client policies

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened IT consultants

Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, closures, and aging requirements


Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of US IT recruitment experience, with proven Accenture client delivery

Strong knowledge of US staffing models, tax terms, and visa types

Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments with strict SLAs

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in ATS and VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar preferred)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently

Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles


Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with Tier-1 system integrators (Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.)

Exposure to MSP-driven environments

Team handling or mentoring junior recruiters
