🎯 Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who specializes in W2 hiring and has a proven track record working with direct clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, result-driven, and committed to delivering quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and submit qualified IT professionals for W2 positions.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with direct client expectations.

Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements.

Leverage various sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) for talent acquisition.

Negotiate salaries, rate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

Provide weekly reports and insights to leadership on hiring status.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

2–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong understanding of W2 hiring, US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa categories (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.).

Proven experience working with direct clients or prime vendors.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Must be available to work during US EST hours.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
