As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Manager with strong expertise in OPT marketing and placement.

Position: Bench Sales Manager

Location: Remote (India / US Time Zone)

Experience: 10+ Years in US IT Staffing (Bench Sales)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of Bench Sales Recruiters.

Market OPT, CPT, H1B, and GC candidates to direct clients and preferred vendors.

Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.

Identify potential vendors and maintain a healthy pipeline for submissions.

Negotiate rates and finalize deals with clients and vendors.

Track and report weekly performance metrics and candidate placements.

Stay updated on current visa regulations and compliance requirements.

🔹 Requirements

10+ yrs years of experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing).

Proven success in marketing OPT candidates (must have recent experience).

Excellent understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and lead a small team.

Experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
