Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a wide range of IT roles including software engineers, developers, system admins, testers, and more.
Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate feedback collection, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and onboarding details in coordination with HR and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Stay current on IT industry trends, technologies, and competitive hiring practices within the US market.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Collaborate with global or cross-functional recruiting teams as needed.
