Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a wide range of IT roles including software engineers, developers, system admins, testers, and more.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate feedback collection, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and onboarding details in coordination with HR and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Stay current on IT industry trends, technologies, and competitive hiring practices within the US market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with global or cross-functional recruiting teams as needed.
