Job Description

Key Responsibilities. Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Handle both IT & Non-IT recruitments, W2, and C2C requirements. Preferred. Knowledge of US work authorization categories, including H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizen. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring open communication and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process. Drive recruitment efforts, set goals, and benchmarks for the team. Implement and improve strategic hiring procedures. Collaborate with HR to confirm hiring needs. Utilize various sourcing techniquesjob boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Develop job descriptions and postings. Track and analyze recruitment metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Set social media communication strategies for different job profiles. Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills. Work independently and as part of a team. Minimum of 3 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in IT/ Non IT and engineering domains.
