Role: US Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Chikkadpally , Hyderabad - Onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals across multiple specialties in the US market. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare candidates while ensuring compliance with client and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for healthcare positions such as RNs, LPNs, Therapists, Medical Technicians, and other clinical/non-clinical roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume review, candidate engagement, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive healthcare professionals through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.
  • Partner with account managers and clients to understand role requirements, urgency, and specific credentials needed.
  • Ensure all candidates meet licensing, credentialing, and compliance standards as per client or state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Stay up to date on healthcare staffing trends, compensation rates, and compliance laws in different US states.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly hiring targets and key performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter (agency or corporate).
  • Strong Database related to IT & Healthcare
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing market and healthcare roles.
  • Experience recruiting across clinical and non-clinical disciplines.
  • Proficiency with major job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for travel nursing, locum tenens, or allied health roles.
  • Familiarity with US work authorization types (W2, 1099, C2C, EAD, GC, USC).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
