Business Development Executive (US Market) — On-site, India

About The Opportunity

A B2B sales and client-acquisition organization serving US enterprises and SMBs across digital services and talent solutions. We drive outbound demand generation, lead qualification, and market expansion for North American customers. This is an entry-level, on-site role ideal for freshers looking to build a high-growth sales career focused on the US market.Role & Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting to US prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Research accounts and map decision-makers to develop tailored outreach for assigned verticals and territories.
  • Qualify leads using standard frameworks and schedule discovery/demo meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce; update opportunity stages and follow-up tasks daily.
  • Achieve weekly outreach and meeting-set targets; track key metrics and share regular reports with the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth hand-off and improve messaging based on feedback.
