Primary Title: Business Development Representative (US Market)

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the global talent marketplace and B2B services sector serving US enterprises, we connect skilled professionals with businesses across technology, consulting, and digital services. We are hiring entry-level US Business Development talent to join an on-site India team focused on outbound sales and client acquisition for US customers.Role & Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage US-based decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads using defined criteria, book discovery calls, and maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client needs and route qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Run personalised email sequences and follow-ups to nurture prospects through the top of funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to prepare tailored outreach collateral and client-facing materials.
  • Track activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings) and contribute to continuous improvement of outreach strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Strong spoken and written English suitable for US client conversations.
  • Comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting to C-level and mid-market buyers.
  • Familiarity with CRM usage for pipeline updates and task management.
  • Basic competency with spreadsheets for tracking and reporting (Google Sheets / Excel).
  • Willingness to work US-shift hours and be physically present at the India office (on-site).
  • High motivation to build a sales career and meet measurable KPIs.

Preferred

  • Exposure to US B2B sales environment or internships targeting US customers.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft) or CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Any certifications or coursework in sales, digital marketing, or customer acquisition.
