Job Description

Job Title: Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst (CPA Certified)

About the Role:

CPA-certified accounting professional

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting for US clients, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end closing.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with
US GAAP
and
CPA standards
.
Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support external audit processes.
Collaborate with US-based finance teams to deliver accurate and timely financial data.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Utilize accounting software such as
QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho
.
Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity for all financial transactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

CPA certification (active or in good standing).
Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience (preferably in a US accounting environment).
Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and tax principles.
Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work
PST (US time zone)
from the Ahmedabad office.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with
US CPA firms or outsourcing companies
.
Exposure to multi-entity or consolidated financial reporting.
Experience in automation or process improvement in finance operations.
