*Job Description:*

We are seeking an experienced *Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Engineer* to join our dynamic IT team. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing performance, automating processes, and supporting business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Azure Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using IaC tools such as ARM, Terraform, and Bicep.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.

Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments, implementing best practices for cloud security.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and integration of cloud-based systems.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies.

Cost Optimization: Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization to ensure efficient use of Azure services.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented Azure configurations and relevant infrastructure.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.

Skills:

Proven experience with Azure cloud services.

Strong knowledge of networking, security, and virtualization.

Expertise in IaC tools (e.g., ARM, Terraform, Bicep).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.).

Understanding of cloud security best practices.

Certifications: Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-303) are a preferred.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
