Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Possess master’s degree in finance and accounting Have at least 10-13 years of experience in financial reporting and planning Have at least 6-8 years of experience in Team management Possess a solid understanding of ERP systems and data flow processes Ability to navigate and integrate multiple data sets into cohesive presentations and actionable recommendations Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau communication skills Exhibit problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Experience working in an Agile environment.
