Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Unit Head / Operations Head to lead our Vijayawada manufacturing unit. This is a leadership role responsible for driving the overall plant performance, including production, quality, maintenance, logistics, workforce management, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership, capable of scaling operations efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee end-to-end operations of the Vijayawada unit, including production, maintenance, quality control, dispatch, and safety.

* Plan and execute monthly & annual production targets, ensuring cost efficiency and timely deliveries.

* Drive operational excellence by implementing lean manufacturing practices and optimizing resource utilization.

* Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals.

* Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.

* Coordinate closely with corporate operations, strategy, and sales teams to align plant output with business objectives.

* Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and present periodic reports to senior management.

* Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and capacity expansion.
