Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based at our Vijayawada manufacturing and sales unit. The Business Unit Head – Vijayawada will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of production and dispatch activities, implementing strategies from the head office, and leading the local team. The ideal candidate will also contribute to regional sales and marketing efforts, maintain compliance and quality standards, and serve as a strong link between the unit and corporate leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage all operations at the Vijayawada manufacturing unit Implement and monitor SOPs and strategic initiatives from the head office Supervise local staff, ensure productivity and timely dispatches Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams Support sales and marketing efforts in the region (preferred) Regularly report to senior management on performance metrics Qualifications 7–15 years of experience in plant operations, unit management, or regional business leadership Strong team management and problem-solving skills Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or hardware industry preferred Fluency in Telugu is preferred; Malayalam is a plus MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, Location 📍 Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh 🏢 On-site | Full-time What We Offer A leadership role in one of India’s most respected manufacturing brands Autonomy to lead and manage a key regional unit Competitive salary and long-term growth potential Show more Show less
