Business Unit Head

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue generation through OPD/IPD growth, surgical case conversions, and service line expansion
• Plan and monitor monthly/annual business targets, P&L and cost controls
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, clinical coordination, and support services
• Build and maintain strong doctor and stakeholder relationships
• Implement business development, corporate tie-ups, and referral programs
• Monitor patient experience, service quality, TAT and feedback resolution
• Ensure adherence to NABH/infection control/clinical governance protocols
• Present MIS, dashboards and strategic business plans to management

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in Hospital / Healthcare Management or equivalent
• 7–10 years experience in Business management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
