Location : South India

We are seeking a dynamic Business Unit Head The role owns full P&L, drives customer success with top OEMs/Tier-1s, and leads sales, marketing, plant operations, NPD, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business strategy, P&L, market growth, and customer engagement.
• Drive sales & marketing, operational excellence, NPD, cost optimisation, and governance.
• Build high-performance teams and lead transformation, digitisation & change initiatives.
• Strengthen relationships with OEMs/Tier-1s, vendors, government bodies & industry associations.
• Identify inorganic growth opportunities and support seamless integration.

Profile Requirements:

• Engineering degree + MBA (preferred).
• 20+ years in auto/electrical components with strong Sales, Marketing and plant operation experience. Should have handled a P&L .
• Proven success in Tier-1/2 component manufacturing /Electronic/ Electrical environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, people leadership, and change management capability.
• Commercially sharp, operationally strong, and entrepreneurial in approach.
