Job Title: Technical Support Associate UK Telecom Voice Process

The role involves assisting UK customers with broadband, Wi-Fi, and internet-related issues through voice support. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle technical troubleshooting effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

B.E / B.Tech (any stream)

in Technical or Customer Support (Voice) preferred
Excellent English communication skills
are mandatory
Must be comfortable working in
rotational UK shifts
