Hiring: Team Leader International Voice Process | Leading Global BPO | Bangalore

dynamic Team Leader

Role:

Location:

Experience Required:

Minimum
7 years of total experience
in BPO operations
At least
2 years of experience as a Team Leader
handling
International Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of international voice agents to meet process KPIs and SLAs.
Monitor and track
KPI & KRA performance metrics
– AHT, CSAT, Quality, and Productivity.
Ensure
attrition and shrinkage management
through effective engagement and coaching.
Conduct regular
team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
.
Maintain
schedule adherence and attendance discipline
.
Drive
continuous improvement initiatives
to enhance team performance and customer experience.
Manage
stakeholder communication
with onshore teams and internal management.
Handle escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and present
daily, weekly, and monthly reports
to management.
