We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support in a fast-paced international voice process environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations and project tasks.

• Learn and apply industry-specific skills under supervision.

• Participate in training programs, workshops, and team meetings.

• Work on assigned projects and ensure timely completion.

• Maintain accurate records and reports as per company standards.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in

  English

  (verbal and written).

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in

  night shifts

  and from the

  office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with customer service processes.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Must be a recent Graduate/Post-Graduate (2024/2025)
