Travel Desk Executive

As a Travel Desk Executive, your role involves managing end-to-end travel arrangements for employees and clients. You will be responsible for booking flights, hotels, transportation, and ensuring a seamless travel experience while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Book flights, hotels, and transport for employees. - Handle visa assistance, itineraries, and travel insurance. - Coordinate with vendors for best rates and services. - Provide travel support and resolve issues. - Ensure compliance with company travel policies. Requirements: - Open to freshers; no prior experience required. - Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. - Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, internet). - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. - Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new processes. - Immediate joiners will be given preference. Preferred Qualifications: - A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. - Understanding of domestic and international travel routes. - Basic knowledge of visa procedures and travel-related documentation.
