Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Desk Executive, based in Jaipur. The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with employees on travel needs, and coordinating bookings. The role entails assisting with travel planning, addressing customer queries, and ensuring smooth travel management processes. The individual will serve as a point of contact for organizing and resolving travel-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Arrangements, Travel Management, and Travel Consulting
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proven experience in providing outstanding Customer Service
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency with travel software and tools
• Prior experience in a travel desk or admin role is preferred.
