Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to provide accurate information and a seamless experience, helping maintain and enhance the company's reputation for exceptional service. Regular documentation of customer interactions and feedback will also be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing customer inquiries and issues
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
• Undergraduates are also preferred
