Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, sales, warehouse) to resolve issues

Provide product information and support to customers

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty

Requirements & Skills

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)

Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce support is an advantage

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
