Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support for Pre & Post-Sales Role, located in Jaipur, India. The Customer Support professional will handle customer inquiries, resolve pre-sales and post-sales issues, manage customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing telephonic, chat, and email support, processing orders, and making follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to address any customer concerns and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
