Travel Desk Executive

Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Executive with knowledge of the travel and hospitality sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, coordinating with travel partners, and ensuring smooth booking operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage individual and group bookings efficiently
• Prepare and share quotations, booking confirmations, and invoices
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
• Coordinate with front office, sales, and operations teams
• Communicate with travel agents, corporate clients, and guests
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update systems regularly
• Address guest queries professionally and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Experience in hotel reservations or travel sector preferred
• Knowledge of hospitality booking procedures and travel operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in reservations, travel desk, or hospitality industry preferred
• Freshers with relevant hotel or travel industry knowledge may also apply
