Job Title: TeleSales Executive – Real Estate (Female) Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive TeleSales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers over the phone, and converting inquiries into qualified site visits and sales. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients from the existing database or new leads. Explain real estate project details, amenities, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently. Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers. Maintain regular follow-up with leads and update CRM with call logs and status reports. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into potential sales opportunities. Collaborate with the on-ground sales team to ensure smooth customer experience from call to closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management. Provide feedback from clients and market insights to the sales manager for strategy improvement. Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
