Travel Desk Executive

Job Summary:

The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience for all employees.

• Managing all Domestic and International travel bookings with Hands-on experience on international travel regulations.
• Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (boarding, lodging, visa, currency etc.) for employees based on requirement.
• Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for daily travel bookings.
• Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms of employees.
• Timely Submission of invoices with finance and handle credit card payments and reconciliation on a periodic basis.
• Process T&E reports and handle reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with all aspects of all travel procedures
• Ability to multi-task and support in day-to-day Admin work as required.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office and OTAs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a diploma in travel management is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Familiarity with visa and travel documentation requirements.
• Experience working with travel agencies or tour operators.
