Job Description

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for client employees regarding their travel requirements.
Manage and create bookings on the travel portal as per client policies.
Maintain travel records and reports using
Google Sheets and MS Excel
.
Provide guidance and assistance with Kolkata routes and local travel needs.
Ensure timely, accurate, and hassle-free travel arrangements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve travel-related issues.
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Graduate preferred (Hotel Management / Hospitality background is an advantage).
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in
Google Sheets and MS Excel
.
Knowledge of Kolkata routes and local travel geography is mandatory.
Smart, presentable, and proactive in handling client employees and travel queries.
Prior experience in a similar role (Travel Desk / Hospitality / Front Office) will be an added advantage.
