We have a suitable opportunity in Schneider Electric Global Customer Projects & Service Operations (GCP & SO) - Procurement & Solution Supply Chain (PSSC) for the position of Global Supply Chain Transformation Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on PSSC's ambitious 2030 agenda by leading strategic transformation projects & building data foundations in Supply Chain. You should have 7+ years of professional experience with corporate transformations, Supply Chain Consulting or a related industry. The location of the job will be at the Gurgaon or Bangalore

Qualifications


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Define a clear strategy for supply chain transformation aligned with Supply Chain Vision, Business objectives and develop a roadmap for implementation.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to supply chain transformation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Performance Management: Continue & challenge on the performance management around how we as a function perform on our key KPIs as well as how we drive our strategy and continuous improvement agenda from the KPI insights.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend and implement improvements.
  • Technology Integration: Drive the adoption of new technologies and platforms to enhance supply chain operations, such as AI, analytics, and automation.
  • Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to improve forecasting, inventory management, and other critical supply chain processes.
  • Change Management: Lead and champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, Finance, Business teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate transformation plans and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Business Case Development: Develop and present business cases for supply chain transformations, demonstrating the potential benefits and return on investment.
  • Master Data: Ensuring accuracy of Master Data, maintaining hygiene and governance, reducing code creation TAT
  • Team management: Team coaching, development, and management of off role/3P resources. Provide mentorship to direct reports, including employee development plans, and cultivate a healthy work environment where employees feel valued and respected

Main missions

  • Spearhead the key transformations in PSSC by creating IMPACT related to building a resilient supply chain, improving our Service Supply Chain capacity and brining a culture of performance management all while we build the best team possible.
  • Set up the performance management around how we as a function perform on our key KPIs as well as how we drive our strategy and continuous improvement agenda from the KPI insights.
  • Drive the transformation around how we strengthen our supplier relationships by utilizing tools like segmentations, connect to suppliers, supplier Quarterly Business Reviews and supplier account plans.
  • Drive initiatives on how we improve our cooperation with our key business stakeholders as well as our Global Supply Chain (GSC)
  • Drive best practice sharing across the different communities with PSSC.
  • Drive the digitalization agenda in PSSC
  • Create IMPACT in the PSSC transformation journey

Key responsibilities

  • Create, communicate and follow up on the monthly KPIs. Secure one standardized way of working with performance management across the globe.
  • Use pareto to derive analytical insights from the KPIs for the supply chain leaders to capitalize on.
  • Lead the deployment of PSSC 2025 plan as a program manager.
  • Deliver the 2030 strategy for PSSC
  • Contribute to transversal projects led by other functions (cross functional team work)
  • Single point of contact for PSSC digital road map
  • Global scope excluding North America and China
  • Key transformational role with non-hierarchical leadership

Qualifications

  • Skilled change manager
  • Effective communication. Strong influencing & convincing skills.
  • Impactful presentations (written, visual, verbal) skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage projects effectively, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain principles: Knowledge of supply chain management concepts, processes, and best practices.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication and collaboration skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Technology proficiency: Familiarity with relevant technologies, such as ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to supply chain operations.
  • Experience in supply chain transformation/ consulting or related fields: 12+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
  • Ideal candidate would be from Supply chain consulting firms/ corporate

Education:

  • Post-Graduation. MBA in Supply Chain or Operations from a premium B-School is must.
