Job Description

NIIT is looking for Training Coordinator I to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events to ensure seamless execution.
Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
