Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Drive structured talent development and leadership development for AALPs by executing learning pathways, mentoring programs, and performance assessments. Ensure data-driven decision-making and stakeholder alignment to foster leadership readiness, retention, and organizational impact. Champion continuous improvement and belonging through strategic HR initiatives that support business goals and employee growth

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Execute and monitor structured development journeys for AALPs to build foundational leadership capabilities. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for developmental milestones, assessments, and mentoring engagements. - Coordinate learning activities and gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance leadership development outcomes. - Capture, organize, and share talent assessment data to support role readiness and visibility. - Drive adoption and tracking of learning paths through LXP to support career readiness. - Facilitate effective mentorship experiences between CXO-level mentors and AALPs, ensuring engagement and feedback loops. - Enable continuous connection with AALPs to foster belonging, motivation, and retention. - Track and escalate signals of disengagement or attrition risk in a timely manner. - Support planning and execution of cohort-wide engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms. - Ensure audit-readiness and data accuracy across all program documentation and dashboards. - Provide timely data inputs for leadership reviews and presentations. - Highlight support needs and escalations to program leads or relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. - Assessing AALPs bases their interest and competence to place them in the right roles.

Qualifications and Experience


    Qualification Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR management or related discipline preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years of HR experience in talent development, mentoring, and employee engagement within a structured program environment
