Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager-TA to join our team in the Medical Services/Hospital industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage and lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Negotiate offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
