Job Description

Job Summary:

He/She will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisations learning culture and fostering employee engagement to enhance productivity and retention. He/She will design and implement innovative L&D programs aligned with the companys goals while driving initiatives to improve employee experience and build a high-performing workforce in the fast-paced organisation.

Education:

Experience:


  • The candidate should have min 10 years of experience in HR of which a min of 2-3 years of experience should be in L&D and Employee Engagement area.

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful L&D and engagement strategies.

  • Should possess strong interpersonal, motivational and leadership skills



Knowledge:


  • Fair understanding of the IT/BFSI ecosystem and market trends.

  • Proven expertise in L&D, organisational development, employee engagement etc.

  • Familiarity with L&D tools and other engagement systems.



Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to design innovative learning and engagement solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and analytics software.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organisational goals and future business needs.

  • Ensuring periodic Induction Programs for the new joinees across the locations.

  • Design and oversee the delivery of leadership development programs, technical training, well-being trainings and skill enhancement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Business Verticals to identify skill gaps and create role specific training plans.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs using metrics and analytics to ensure continous improvement.

  • Lead the implementation of digital learning tools and platforms to promote self-paced, accessible learning.

  • Establish partnerships with external training providers, industry experts, and academic institutions for advanced programs basis our processes and practices.

  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Design and implement initiatives to improve employee morale, motivation, and retention, such as wellness programs, reward & recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.

  • Conduct employee engagement survey and develop action plans based on feedback.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organise events, campaigns, and communication programs that enhance employee connectivity and organisational branding.

  • Management of L&D related costs within reasonable limits and to optimally utilize the budgets available to maximize returns
