What you will be doing?:
Fundraising Leadership
-  Drive Trademos end-to-end upcoming fundraising process along with the Founder & CEO investor targeting, outreach, data room management, financial modeling, and diligence preparation.
-  Build investor-ready financial models showcasing scalability, unit economics, and growth scenarios tailored for institutional investors.
-  Lead storytelling and pitch development, enabling the Founder with concise, persuasive narratives rooted in data and market opportunity.
 
Strategic Investor Management
-  Evaluate inbound interest from GPs and venture funds; develop frameworks to assess alignment, valuation approach, and long-term fit.
-  Serve as the primary liaison for investor communications, roadshows, and updates, ensuring transparency, consistency, and strong relationship management.
-  Support board and shareholder reporting, including quarterly updates and performance stories that strengthen investor confidence.
 
Strategic Finance And Corporate Development
-  Support Founder in strategic planning, resource allocation, and scenario-based long-range financial planning.
-  Lead M&A evaluations, strategic acquisitions and potential partnerships; conduct valuation, synergy modeling, and integration frameworks.
-  Track and analyze business performance, identifying key drivers of ARR growth, margin improvement, and capital efficiency.
-  Build models and dashboards integrating product, sales, and customer metrics for investor-grade analytics.
 
Ideal Profile?:
-  10+ years across strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate development, ideally within SaaS or tech startups.
-  Bachelors or Masters in Finance/Economics from a reputed institute.
-  CA/CFA is plus.
-  Prior involvement in executing a Series A/B/C fundraise and managing investor communications through closing.
-  Quality of investor materials, storytelling clarity, and deal execution speed.
-  Solid understanding of SAFE rounds, equity funding structures, and investor due diligence processes.
-  Exposure to institutional investor management and venture ecosystems is required; VC/PE-side experience a strong plus.
-  Exceptional storytelling and presentation ability capable of crafting high-impact fundraising narratives backed by strong data.
-  Command over financial modeling, cap table management, and valuation frameworks (DCF, comparable, growth benchmarks).
-  Analytical rigor with strategic judgment, balancing quantitative depth with big-picture decision-making.
