Job Description
1. Lead generation
- Create and maintain sales funnel of retail project sites (Non-Individual House Builders
2. Lead conversion
- Follow up on the trade projects leads generated (through cold calling, entered by SE/ISR, Contractors) within first contact TAT of 24 hours - Pitch product features, provide demo & pitch MYKL brand. Schedule consultation with technical services if needed at the site. 3. Influencer Management - Builder /Class B+C Architect/ Contractors (GCs & Large Tile Contractors) (Non - Individual House Builders) - Identify and onboard relevant stakeholders (contractors, architects, builders etc.) with profile to the Customer Master List - Maintain detailed reports on specification, conversion and engagement 4. Application Execution - Ensure proper demos/sampling and application at sites 5. Customer complaint handling - Resolve complaints within 24 hour TAT; involve Technical services if needed 6. Reporting & documentation - Update Daily activities as per Daily Route Coverage Plan into the SFA app - Provide reports based on request
